The HS2 Pavilion will be back once again, only this time featuring its own dedicated series of seminars and workshops hosted by HS2 supported by their newly appointed tier one contractors. The sessions will focus on innovation in the supply chain, innovation & technology on HS2, and digital skills ahead of the 2018 start date.
We’ll be partnering up to bring visitors an autonomous vehicle experience and exploring the role that the geospatial industry, big data, and internet of things will play in making these new methods of transportation a reality.
The BIM Village in partnership with the UK BIM Alliance will return, entirely free to attend, with practical learning, case studies, and best practice focussed on helping you make BIM; Business as Usual.
DCW’s BIM Zone will focus on helping create an industry where BIM is Business as Usual. Providing practical learning for BIM practitioners and all those involved in the design, construction, and management of built assets. We’ll be working again with the UK BIM Alliance to help drive Level 2 adoption, and the BIM Task Group as they explore BIM Level 3.
The DCW Geo Zone will explore the latest trends in geospatial technology and GIS. With live demos and interactive exhibits. Our two seminar theatres will o er practical guidance and best practice. We’ll also explore the emerging opportunities for these solutions as we move from pre to post construction.
In addition to our Start Up Village we'll be showcasing a host of new mobile apps helping improve productivity across the built environment. The App Village will feature 10 different app providers with live demos and walkthroughs. If you have an interesting new app we'd love to hear from you.

In partnership with KTN & Innovate UK we’ll be scouring universities, R&D departments, and tech start-ups to find those ideas with the biggest potential.
